“On the bench with junior elite players — sharpening decision-making, competitive mindset, and consistent high-level execution.”
Head Coach Nacka HK, Sweden, 2024-2025 Gosia Leszkowicz
North Carolina, USA, March 2025 — Visiting my twin sons during their elite season abroad. A proud moment as a mother, coach, and lifelong student of the game
Meet Your Coach Gosia Leszkowicz
Gosia Leszkowicz is a Hockey & Mental Performance Coach, former elite hockey player, and someone who’s lived the game from every angle: on the ice, behind the bench, and as a hockey parent.
I help ambitious junior hockey players take their game and mindset to the next level developing the discipline and mental strength to compete at the top, no matter what stands in their way.
With over 30 years in the game, I’ve played 15+ years on the Danish National Team, won 13 national championships, and spent more than a decade coaching athletes from youth levels to elite prospects. I know the pressure, the setbacks, and the fire it takes to rise because I’ve lived it. Now I help players rise too.
In 2024, I was selected for the NHL Coaches’ Association Female Coaches Program a high-impact initiative that supports women in hockey through elite-level training in leadership, communication, and coaching development. It connects me with top NHL mentors and strengthens the tools I bring to my clients every day.
I’m also a proud mom of 21-year-old twin boys who’ve played elite-level hockey. So I understand this journey not just as an athlete and coach, but as a parent watching your kids chase big dreams, face real challenges, and grow through the game.
Even elite players face doubt. What separates those who succeed is not the absence of fear it’s the ability to master their inner dialogue and keep moving forward.
Whether you're pushing for a pro career or looking to build the mental edge that separates good from great, I’m here to help you train the most overlooked part of your performance: your mindset and self-perception.
Meet Your Coach Wictor Leszkowicz
Wictor Leszkowicz has grown up in hockey from the very beginning literally. At just 7 months old, he was already part of the journey while his mother competed in the European Cup, and since then, the game has been a natural part of his life.
He started playing hockey at the age of 3 in Denmark and later continued his development in Sweden as a teenager, competing at a high level while building a deep understanding of the game both on and off the ice.
Over the years, Wictor has worked as a skills coach at multiple hockey camps, helping young athletes improve their technical abilities, confidence, and game awareness. Known for his strong connection with players and modern approach to development, he brings energy, passion, and firsthand experience from elite hockey environments.
Most recently, Wictor spent a season in the USA together with his twin brother, competing in junior hockey and gaining valuable international experience both as a player and mentor.
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in elite hockey, coaching, and mental performance, Wictor combines lifelong hockey experience with a fresh perspective that connects naturally with today’s young athletes. Wictors focus is simple: develop confident, disciplined players who learn how to perform under pressure while continuing to love the game. Ready to unlock your next level?
