Hi, I’m Gosia Leszkowicz — a Mental Performance Coach and former elite hockey player with over 30 years in the game. I help ambitious hockey players level up their game and mindset through focused coaching - empowering them to chase their dream of going pro — without losing the love for their game.

I’ve played on the Danish National Team for over 15 years, won 13 national gold medals, and coached players of all levels for more than a decade. I know the pressure, the doubt, and the fire it takes to rise. And I know how to help you rise too.

I’m also a proud mom of twin boys — now 21 — who’ve played elite-level hockey. So I understand this journey not just as a player and coach, but also as a parent watching her kids chase their dreams.

Whether you’re aiming for a pro career or want to grow mentally stronger on and off the ice, I’ll help you see challenges as fuel — not roadblocks.

Fluent in Scandinavian languages, Polish, and English. Certified in coaching from team to leadership level, with a Master’s in Coaching & Communication. Speaker. Coach. Passionate human.
