Take your athletic performance to the next level with a personalized hockey performance

This is not a standard training plan everything is tailored specifically to you as a hockey player, your position, your level, and your current training schedule.

We typically meet 1–2 times per week, depending on what fits in with your other ice sessions, team practices, and games. The goal is to make the training fit into your hockey life also for the off-season not the other way around.

What the program includes:

Initial Assessment
We start by looking at your current physical level, hockey demands, and performance goals so we know exactly what to focus on.

Personalized Training Plan
You get a fully tailored program designed to improve your strength, speed, agility, endurance, and explosiveness all directly transferable to hockey.

Hockey-Specific Training
All exercises are chosen with hockey in mind, targeting exactly what you need to perform better on the ice.

Weekly Coaching Sessions (10 sessions included 60 minutes training & Recovery)
We meet regularly in person to adjust, guide, and make sure you’re progressing in the right direction.

Recovery & Performance Tools
You’ll learn how to recover smarter, reduce injury risk, and stay consistent throughout the season.

This program is built on more than 30 years of combined experience from the hockey world including physical preparation, on-ice performance, and mental training. The same principles and tools used by some of the best junior players in the world are part of your development process.

Duration: Typically 1-2 months, with the option to extend for continued development.
